How to keep the count right
- One card per pack. Start a new card each time you pay, even for the same activity. If sessions carried over from the last pack, add them to Sessions paid.
- Cross out what you didn't buy. Paid for 8? Cross out boxes 9 to 12 before the first lesson. The empty boxes left are your balance.
- Tick it the same day. Tick the box at pickup and write the date under it. If you wait until the end of term, you'll be counting from memory.
- Write C for a charged absence. If they missed a lesson and the provider still counted it, tick the box and write C. A moved or make-up lesson gets its tick on the day it actually happens.

Frequently asked questions
What is a lesson pack tracker?
It's your own record of the lessons you've paid for in advance and how many you've used. Music teachers and swim schools often sell lessons in packs of 5 or 10, or by the term. This card gives you a count you can check against theirs.
How many lessons fit on one card?
Twelve. For a bigger pack, start a second card when the first one is full and write the remaining sessions on its Sessions paid line.
Will it print on A4 and US Letter?
Yes. The page is sized to fit inside both, so print at actual size (100%) and nothing gets cut off. Fit to page works too.
What about lessons the provider cancels?
Leave the box empty. A lesson the provider cancels shouldn't come off your pack, so tick it on the day the replacement lesson happens.
Is the lesson pack tracker free?
Yes. Download and print it with no account and no email. The email form is optional and sends you a copy. If you'd rather not use paper, Classlinks Activities keeps the same count in an app, and it's free while in beta.
