How it works

  1. Add your kids. Each child gets their own color, so the whole schedule is easy to read at a glance.
  2. Add each class. Pick the child, subject, day(s), time, platform, and paste the Zoom or meeting link.
  3. Watch it build itself. A color-coded weekly schedule and a class-and-links list fill in live as you type — and auto-save in your browser.
  4. Print it or save as PDF. One click prints a clean schedule (choose landscape for the full week). Or sign up to sync it across devices and share with your family.

Frequently asked questions

Is the homeschool schedule builder free?

Yes — build it, print it, and save it as a PDF for free, with no account required. Classlinks itself is also free while in beta if you want the schedule to update itself and be shared with your family.

Does it save my schedule?

Yes. Everything you enter auto-saves in your browser, so you can close the tab and come back to it. To sync it across devices and share it with the whole family, sign up for Classlinks — that's what the app adds on top.

Can I use it for online classes and Zoom links?

Absolutely — that's the point. Each class holds its platform and join link, the links stay clickable, and the printable includes a class-and-links list so the right link is always next to the right class.

Can I print it or save it as a PDF?

Yes. Hit Print / Save as PDF and your browser prints just the schedule — no menus or clutter. Choose landscape in the print dialog to fit the full week. Prefer a blank one to fill in by hand? Grab the printable PDF below.

Is there an app that does all this automatically?

Yes — Classlinks keeps every kid's classes, schedules, and links in one shared place that updates itself, with one tap to join each class. The builder is a great start; the app is the version your whole family can see. Free while in beta.
